Hamburger Dinner

Introduction

I just felt like a good, old-fashioned burger. I just felt like a good, old-fashioned burger.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz lean ground beef
    1 burger bun
    1 tbsp Kraft light mayonnaise
    1 tbsp Heinz ketchup
    1 tbsp yellow mustard

Directions

1. Cook the burger to your liking.
2. Toast the bun.
3. Add 1 tbsp mayo to the bottom half
4. Put the burger on the bottom half
5. Add the ketchup and mustard
6. Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle slices, tomato slices and some red onion slices.
7. Put the top on and enjoy.

Remember - the leaner your meat, the lower your calories will be - next time I'll go for 93% lean or grind the meat myself.

  • How did you get the calories when we do not know the bun you used in this dish? - 6/12/09

Hmmmm. I live in the UK and my bun was just not on the list. So Spark provides generic things like "hamburger bun" (which happened to have the same number of calories) so I just went for it. Hope this helps.
