Honey baked Salmon

Introduction

A Sweet tasting Fish A Sweet tasting Fish
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Salmon Fillet
    2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter Fat Free Spread
    1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Put fish in a baking dish, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. After butter is melted add honey and pour over fish. Place dish in oven and bake about 10-15 minutes.

Its great and fast!

    I've made this with honey mustard instead of plain honey and it's one of my most requested and SIMPLE recipes. I don't see any reason to add any sort of oil if you're going to bake the fillet. The added calories don't enhance the flavor. Just make sure the fish is FRESH! - 12/22/08

    This is fantastic! However, I think it makes too much glaze for the fish, so I used 1/2 Tbsp of honey and 1/2 Tbsp of spread. That was plenty. - 5/10/10

  • For the cooking, I'd recommend baking at 450 for 10-13 minutes. I've found with my salmon that this gives it better texture. But perhaps the difference is that I just add spices to mine whereas this uses a glaze - 4/20/12
