Ingredients

    #1
    Medium firm tofu 500 grams
    Scallions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped

    #2
    Sesame oil 1 TBS
    Salt 1 tsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Water 100 grams

Directions

1: Boil a small pot of water, add tofu in boiling water, boil for a short while until cook. Drain the tofu, arrange in a plate.
2: Put raw scallions on top.
3: Add the mixed of #2 ingredients on top.
