Beef Pot Roast

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 lb Beef, round tip roast
    1 can chicken broth (10 oz aprox.)
    3 lb baby carrots
    3 lb potatoes
    1 lb celery
    3 cups onion
    2 pkg lipton onion soup mix
    3 tbsp Zadie's Original Seasoning
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix seasoings, broth, and meat in crockpot.
Cook on low about 6 hours. Take out meat, set aside to shredd.

In broth mix, add rest of ingredients. Cook on low about 5 hours. Add shredded meat until heated. Ready to serve.
6 servings about 600 calories each.
