Ingredients

1 large or 2med tomatoes, sliced
1 spanish onion, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
3/4 cup chopped feta cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup or more Kalamata Olives
Directions
Mix Olive oil and lemon juice together and drizzle on top of all the ingredients. Eat up!
