Ingredients

    * Channel Catfish, 2 fillet (remove)
    * Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 5 tbsp (remove)
    * White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Brown onion and bell pepper. Add tomato sauce. Cook on medium for 40 minutes. Add fish. Cook for 20 minutes on medium low heat . Shake pot every 5 minutes; do not stir. Serve over steamed rice. Make four servings.
