Introductionmy proportions of mini cheesy meatloaf my proportions of mini cheesy meatloaf
16 oz extra lean ground beef
1 cup chopped fresh onion
1 cup rolled quick oats (dry)
8 tbsp ketchup
4 tsp yellow mustard
2 oz marbled cheddar cheese (cubed into 8 tiny cubes)
In medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT for cheese. Mix well.
Drop beef mixture by spoonfuls into 6 ungreased, unlined muffin tins.
Place 1 small cube of cheese into center of each mini-meatloaf. Press down.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
