Baked Salmon

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    3.5 pounds Salmon (I buy Alaskan)
    4 tbsp margarine
    1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
    1 1/3 cups water
    dash of salt

Directions

Melt butter and pour into glass baking dish. Lay salmon in dish. Mix milk and water and pour over fish. Sprinkle dash of salt. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

*Note: Don't be freaked out by the fat content, unless you plan on drinking the milk mixture sitting in the pan. I am quite sure the fat is proabably more around 15-16 grams or less.
