Spicy Mixed Vegetables

Introduction

A squash stirfry with some zip! A squash stirfry with some zip!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Squash
    1 Zucchini
    1/3 onion
    1 c mushrooms
    *Can add any vegetable you like
    1/8 - 1/4 t. Chipotle pepper powder
    1/8 - 1/4 t. Paprika
    1/8 t. - 1/4 t. Salt
    1/8 t. black pepper

Directions

Wash and cut up vegetables.

Spray pan with cooking spray.

Add onion and stir fry 1-2 min. Add remaining ingredients, season with spices and stir fry til tender.
