LF Hot Artichoke Dip

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Best Foods reduced fat mayo
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    3 fresh artichoke hearts, steamed
    1/2 cup roasted garlic
    1/4 tsp cayenne or white pepper
    1/4 tsp kosher salt

Directions

1. Steam the artichokes and remove hearts. (You can use canned artichoke hearts but would need to adjust for the calories, etc.)
2. Mix ingredients in food processor, blender or hand chop and mix together.
3. Pour mixture into a casserole type dish and microwave for 2 min or 350 degree oven for 30 min. I have also put ingredients into a crockpot and heated through keeping it warm during a party.

If 12 or more people share it is approx 50 calories.
If you make it for 4 people as appetizer for dinner it is 192.3 calories per person. This does not include the veggies, crackers or chips.
