Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup Instant Brown Rice
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1/3 Cup Ketchup
    1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
    10 3/4 oz Campbell's 98% Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Cup Onion, chopped
    1 3/4 Cup Water
    1 Tsp Salt

Directions

1. In a large skillet, brown beef, drain.
2. Stir in rice, water, salt, garlic powder, onion, soup, and Ketchup. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Let stand covered until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
