Introduction

Served in a large sundae glass with a sprig of mint this breakfast sundae is a complete meal. It has it all 2 servings of fruit, 11/2 servings of dairy, Protein, spices with blood sugar regulating properties, raw honey for energy, and chocolate. This could also be used as a dessert or made into a Trifle for a Brunch gathering. Served in a large sundae glass with a sprig of mint this breakfast sundae is a complete meal. It has it all 2 servings of fruit, 11/2 servings of dairy, Protein, spices with blood sugar regulating properties, raw honey for energy, and chocolate. Ingredients

    1 cup Fresh, Strawberries
    6 oz Greek Yogurt
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Cocoa Powder(Make sure it is 60% or more cocoa)

Directions

Makes 1 breakfast serving
Smear raw honey on sides of sundae glass, hull and slice strawberries in quarters, sprinkle with cinnamon and place in glass layering yogurt in between until you reach the top. Last layer should be yogurt. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy!
