My take on a recipe I found in a magazine. My take on a recipe I found in a magazine.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breasts - Portioned However You Please
    2 Cans Italian Style Tomato Sauce
    1 Can Almonds - Coarsely Chopped
    1 TBSP Lemon Zest
    1 bag Italian Shredded Cheese

Directions

1. Cook Chicken in Skillet. 5min per side.

2. Remove Chicken from skillet. Add in tomatoes, almonds, and lemon zest. Cook for about 4 minutes.

3. Replace chicken into tomato sauce. Let cook for another minute.

4. Serve over Rice or Pasta of your choice. Sprinkle Cheese over top.
