1/2 pound Lean Ground Sirloin (10% fat)
16 oz. Ore-Ida Tater Tots
1 10 3/4 ounce can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Lightly spray the bottom of an 8x8, casserole dish with Pam Canola non-stick cooking spray.
Thinly line the bottom of the dish with the ground sirloin.
Sprinkle the minced onion, over the meat.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese, over the onion, making sure to evenly spread the cheese.
In a medium bowl, thoroughly coat the tater tots with the can of soup.
Spread coated tater tots evenly over cheese.
Cook for 35-45 minutes.
Makes approximately 4 1 cup servings.
Substitutions: Can use ground round or ground turkey for meat. Can use cream of mushroom soup; can also use lower fat variety of either soup. You would need to recalculate for new values.
