Reduced Fat/Part Skim Mozarella Cheese
Sahara Pita-Whole Wheat Pita
Spray non-stick cooking spray into a pan, add onions and sautee until almost clear. Add mushrooms, spinache, zuchinni, and cilantro. Sautee about two min over med heat.
Smother about 1 tbsp spaghetti sauce onto pita. Add veggie mix on top. Sprinkle with abouth 1 to 2 tbsp of reduced fat mozarella cheese. Add sliced tomatoes on top (tomatoes are raw).
Bake on rack about 8 to 10 min. Let cool so it can get a little crispy. Slice and enjoy.
