Sausage Gravy with onions - 1 cup

Ingredients

    1 pound bulk Pork Sausage
    1/4 cup flour
    3 cups milk 1%
    Seasonings of your choice: I used salt and pepper
    1tbl dijon mustard
    1 tbl butter

Directions

Brown sausage and onions. Add 1 tbl butter and then add flour. Brown to make a roux for about 1 minute and then add the mustard . Mix in well with seasonings and add milk. Adjust milk acordingly to how think you like it.

    I believe there's a typo in the ingredients. How much sausage? 3 cups "Flours?" should be milk. - 6/14/09
