1 apple, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp oil
2 tsp curry powder (to taste)
1 Tbs flour
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp Splenda (optional)
185g can tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
Add flour, stir well and cook 1 min,
Add milk, stirring all the time until sauce has boiled and thickened.
Stir in cocvonut essence and Splenda to taste
Stir in tuna and cook gently until heated through,
Serve over cauliflower
