2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 clove garlic
3 tsp Mrs. Dash
1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
Bake the garlic bulb until all cloves are soft. Mash in a bowl until it is a thick paste.
Heat chicken broth in microwave for 1 minute or until hot (not boiling).
Mix chicken broth and all ingredients with the garlic EXCEPT cheeses.
Once combined to the consistency that you prefer, slowly add both cheeses and stir.
Makes 6 servings.
