Ingredients

    6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Thawed
    3 Tbsp Light Mayo
    1 Box Jiffy Oatmeal Muffin Mix

Directions

Spoon mayo onto a plate, put muffin mix in a shallow dish. Coat chicken breasts in mayo, then muffin mix, then place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 until chicken is cooked all the way through, about 30 minutes.
