Cool Lime Pie

Ingredients

    8 Whole Lowfat Graham Crackers
    1/4 c. Splenda
    1/3 c. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Fat Free, Melted
    1 small pkg. Sugar Free Lime gelatin
    2 c. Fat Free Cool Whip thawed
    1 1/2 T. Lime Juice
    Zest of one Lime
    2/3 c. Boiling Water
    I/2 c. water

Directions

Crush Graham Crackers into curmbs. Add Splenda, and melted butter. Put into 8 inch pie plate and press up the sides. Bake for 8 min. in 350 degree oven. Add gelatin to boiling water and mix for 2 minutes until mixed. Add ice cubes to 1/2 cup water to make one cup. Add to gelatin mixture and stir until ice melts. Add Cool Whip and Lime Juice and Lime zest. Coll for 15- 20 minutes until it mounds up. Add to pie shell and cool for 4 hours. Makes 8 servings at 94 calories each.
