Introduction

I wanted something good, healthy and low fat for breakfast so I made this up - tastes quite good- wish I'd had more bananas. 190cal makes it less than my usual toast/butter ... any suggestions? I'd love to hear.

    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Heart Smart Bisquick 1 cup
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/4 cup sugar twin brown sugar
    * **Flax Seed, 4 tbsp
    * Walnuts, .75 cup, chopped
    * Milk, 2%, 2/3
    * Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    * Banana, (2 1/2) fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp
    * Salt, 1/2 tsp
