Ingredients

    5 ripe tomtatoes, chopped
    4 cucmbers, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons reshly queezed lemon juice
    1 tablespoon raw tahini
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Cumin

Directions

Combine the tomatoes, cucmbers and red onion in a large bowl. Add the lemon juice and tahini and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and cumin to tast.
