Whipped Fruit Dessert

Introduction

A lowfat delicious fluffy treat! A lowfat delicious fluffy treat!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    15 oz Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 (8oz) tub Lite Cool Whip
    3 snack cups of Cinnamon Applesauce
    1 to 1 1/2 bananas--depending on your taste
    1 (8oz) packet of White Chocolate pudding--powder only


Directions

mix all ingredients together, adding applesauce and bananas at the end. Makes about 12-15 servings, I usually put them in little dessert cups.

You can substitute other fruit for the bananas.
