Larisa's Potato Salad

Ingredients

    Potaotes
    celery
    onion
    pimento
    hard eggs
    mayo
    paprika

Directions

Hard boil about 6 eggs, let cool and slice. Peel and boil potatoes until medium soft (do not over cook) about 12-15 minutes. Chop celery and onion.

In large bowl add cooked potatoes, celery, onion, pimento, and mayo - mix well. Lay hard eggs on top, sprinkle paprika, and chill. serve cold.
