Kitty's Banana Pudding

Introduction

A perfect summer dessert. You could lose a few more calories by adding skim milk, but we never have that on hand. A perfect summer dessert. You could lose a few more calories by adding skim milk, but we never have that on hand.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * Jello Instant Banana Pudding, 6.8 oz (2 small boxes)
    * Milk, 2%, 3 cup
    * Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    * Vanilla Wafers, 30 wafer
    * *Cool Whip Lite, the whole tub

Directions

Line a 11 x 13 in cake pan with the vanilla wafers, including up the sides. Blend together the instant pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes. Fold in the cool whip with the pudding mixture. Pour half this over top vanilla wafers, spreading evenly, then cut bananas into chunks on top of this. Now pour the rest of the pudding/cool whip mixture over top of all this, again, spreading evenly.

Refrigerate for 2 hrs.

This will serve 12.
