Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 tbls. olive oil
    3 tbls. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 large onion
    3 cloves garlic finely chopped
    3 cans of tomato sauce
    2 cups frozen corn
    1 1/2 cup cooked red kidney beans
    1 1/2 cup cooked black beans
    1 1/2 cup cooked pinto beans
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    12 oz. chicken broth
    salt and pepper
    1/2 pound uncooked macaroni (or small shells)

Directions

Pu everything in a pot to simmer for 20 minutes, except the pasta. While that is simmering, prepare pasta, when pasta is done, add to chili. Serve right away with cheese and sour cream for the non-dieter. I gave the children tortilla chips to dip as well! YUM! Even the toddler gobbled it up!
