1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 large can of diced tomatoes
16 oz. whole wheat garlic linguini

Ingredients

    1/2 cup onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp garlic
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Cup Milk
    6 oz mozzarella cheese
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese
    1 large can of diced tomatoes
    16 oz. whole wheat garlic linguini

Directions

saute garlic and onion in olive oil.
Heat up cream cheese and get as smooth as possible. Add some milk. Mix longer. Finish adding all milk and other cheeses. Then add tomatos.
Serve over pasta! Enjoy!
