Introduction

Fat content is actually less that stated, You will be brushing the fish with the olive oil. You may add a little extra if needed. Fat content is actually less that stated, You will be brushing the fish with the olive oil. You may add a little extra if needed.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Orange Roughy
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Smart Balance
    2 tbsp Parsley Dried
    2 tbsp Chives
    1 lemon
    Onion Powder
    Lemon Pepper

Directions

Makes 4 4 oz servings
Heat skillet, brush fish with olive oil.
Sprinkle fish w/ lemon pepper and onion powder.
place in hot skillet. cook until browned on 1 side. Turn over.
When browned put in smart balance, chives and parsley. Add juice of 1 lemon. Spoon sauce over fish until well coated.
Ready to serve.
