Cumin Chicken & Green Beans

Introduction

High in Monounsaturated heart-healthy fats! Low in carbs. High in Monounsaturated heart-healthy fats! Low in carbs.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Archer Farms Extra Fine Green Beans, 3 cups
    Chicken Breast, no skin or bones, 9 ounces
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .50 cup
    Ground Cumin 1 1/2 teaspoon
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (I use the low sodium)
    Almonds, .25 cup, slivered
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp

Directions

1. Heat olive oil and broth in skillet. Add chicken & cumin and cover and simmer for 12-13 minutes.
2. Add almonds and green beans. Top with Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on medium until chicken done and green beans heated through.
