Introduction

Ingredients

    * White Wine, 4 fl oz
    * Cauliflower, raw, .70 cup
    * *Summer Squash, 1 medium
    * Asparagus, fresh, 4 spear, medium
    * Onions, raw, 1 small
    * Parsnips, 1 parsnip (9" long)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1lb
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned .5 cup
    * *Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal, .5 serving
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .30 cup

Directions

Soak the chicken in white wine- i used sherry - drizzle with olive oil, oil spray your baking dish, cut up veggies, I sprayed them with a ceasar salad dressing, and sprinkled with Mrs Dash, too. In a plastic bag I put the bread crumbs, could use less, cereal, & parmesean, add chicken & shake. Lay chick. pieces on top of veggies, bake 375
