Introduction

An amazing curry recipie I created while living in college dorms. This recipe is one serving, but you can halve it if you need to. An amazing curry recipie I created while living in college dorms. This recipe is one serving, but you can halve it if you need to.

Ingredients

    62 g Broccoli Florets halved and washed
    23g baby carrots sliced
    36g red bell pepper chopped coarsley washed
    30g Onion
    76g Kirkland Canned Chicken
    61g Tomato
    1/2 Tbsp Flour
    1/2 tsp Curry Powder
    1/4c water

Directions

place Broccoli, Carrots, Pepper and Onion in a steamer bag and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Preheat Wok and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour veggies into wok and add apple, chicken and tomato. cook till chicken is warm, and apple is tender. add flour and curry powder and stir, add water to thicken.
