Ingredients

    96% lean ground beef - .86 lb
    Frozen Carrots, 2 serv - 168g
    Pasta elbows, 5oz dry
    onion, about 1/2, 131g
    can chicken broth
    can water
    1T garlic minced
    1T adobo seasoning
    1T beef grill seasoning

Directions

Brown the LEAN (96%) ground round, with onions chopped, add carrots, can chicken broth, can water, dry pasta, garlic, adobo seasoning and beef grill seasoning. Cover, cook about 20 min, stirring occassionally, checking if there is enough liquid until the pasta is done.
Makes 12 1/2Cup servings.
