Ingredients

    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 1.5 tbsp
    * *Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake Mix, prepared, 0.25 cup
    * *Best Foods, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, .5 tbsp
    * *Trader Joe's Unsweetened Soy Milk, .15 cup
    1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix ingredients. Cook like a pancake! Makes about 4 fairly large pancakes.
