Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground pork
    2 t sage
    2 t salt
    1 t pepper
    1/4 t thyme
    1 T brown sugar
    pinch of cloves
    1/2 sauteed onion (optional)

Directions

Mix everything together and separate into 30 small patties. Cook over medium heat in a skillet about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and no longer pink.
