Dee's Tuna Salad

Introduction

I use 2 cans of Albacore and 2 cans of regular tuna. Great on a bed of lettuce or on whole wheat bread. I use 2 cans of Albacore and 2 cans of regular tuna. Great on a bed of lettuce or on whole wheat bread.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 cans of drained tuna, flaked with a fork
    3 Tbls of Mayo
    3 Tbls sweet pickle relish
    3 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 chopped apple
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Should be enough for about 10 sandwiches made with 2 heaping Tbls of tuna.
