Introduction

I basically looked at several recipes and have tried them out and adapted them to meet my tastes and needs. Hope u enjoy! Makes appx 14 servings..serving size..3/4 cup.. doesn't seem like alot..but it really is more than u think. Ingredients

    (1) 8oz bag of sliced pepperoni
    (6) cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (this is 3 8oz bags usually)
    (3) 6oz jars of sliced mushrooms
    (1) small can of black olives
    (1) 10.5 oz can of Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    (1) large jar of Light Ragu Pizza Sauce (737g)

Directions

Place a liner in your crock pot (thanks mom!)
Then layer the ingredients in the order listed below.. *note..I generally have 3 layers..so make sure you divide your ingredients evenly to spread it well among the layers..I had to learn this the more I made it =) The exception is the pepperoni..since u start with this, u actually have 4 layers...but start with just enough on the bottom to keep the cheese from sticking..not many

layer in this order..pepperoni,cheese,mushrooms,black olives,soup,sauce..repeat.. as u can see from the pic..u will end with a layer of pepperoni.

Cook on low setting for appx 4 hours. You will see the pepperoni change colors and bubble as everything cooks well.
