Hillary's Fresh Bruchetta with Fresh Mozzarella

Introduction

In the summer I love to make this dish. I eat as a salad or a topping to grilled chicken. In the summer I love to make this dish. I eat as a salad or a topping to grilled chicken.

Ingredients

    2-3 fresh Basil leaves
    2 Tsp chopped garlic ( i use bottled)
    1/2 Red Onion
    2-3 Plum tomatoes
    Fresh Mozzarella, chopped into bite size pieces
    2 Tbl or more (to your taste)

Directions

Remove seeds from tomatoes and chop.
Chop basil
Chop a 1/4 c red onion
Chop mozzarella

Add ingredients to a non-reactive bowl and add balsamic vinegar and mix.
