Aunt Dorothy's No-crust Rhubarb Pie

Introduction

A recipe from the early 1900's brought into the 21st Century...and it's easy as pie! A recipe from the early 1900's brought into the 21st Century...and it's easy as pie!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups diced rhubarb
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp flour
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Spray a 8" glass or ceramic pie dish with cooking oil. Chop the rhubarb and pile in the dish. Whisk together the eggs, flour, Splenda and sugar, and pour over the rhubarb. Bake in a 375 degree oven for one hour. Makes 6 servings.
