2 lb extra lean ground beef (drained)
1 Can Diced Tomatos with Basil, Garlic & Oregeno
1.75 medium cans of Tomato Sauce
2 small cans tomato paste
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesian cheese
16 oz grated Mozzerela cheese
3T. Parsley Flakes
3 T. Italian seasoning
Brown ground beef, drain. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste and italian seasoning, let simmer 15 min.
While noodles are boiling and sauce is simmering, make cottage cheese filler:
Add cottage cheese, parmesian cheese, egg and parsley flakes, and mix until well blended.
In 9x13x2 pan, put a thin layer of sauce at the bottem, cover with 4 lasagne noodles, then spread half of the sauce mix over them, put half of the cottage cheese mix over that, and top with half of the mozz cheese, repeat for one more layer.
Put in the oven at 350 for 15 min or until cheese is melted
