Introduction

Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs, boneless/skinless, fat trimmed
    4 cans chicken broth or 45 oz.
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 Tbsp parsley
    2 Tbsp McCormick Lemon/Herb Seasoning
    1 cup Minute Rice or long grain white rice

Directions

Trim chicken and cut in small pieces. Combine all ingredients in crock pot EXCEPT for rice. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Add rice during last hour.
