1 cup oats
1 cup wholewheat flour
1 cup semiskimmed milk
1 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp baking soda
1 medium egg
.25 cup olive oil
.5 cup raw sugar
.5 cup chopped apple
Cinnamon if desired :)
Can use alternative filling (such as nutella, marmelade, or a fresh strawberry!) Also nice to sprinkle tiny bit of raw sugar on top before baking, or crushed nuts... but need to adjust calories in these cases.
