Basic Crepe Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk (I use 1% cuz that's all I have available)
1/2 water
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBS melted butter
Directions
Measure all ingredients into blender vessel and blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides and blend for 15 seconds more. Cover and let sit for an hour so that flour absorbs liquid).
Fry using melted butter in small skillet. Turn carefully when golden brown.
Add 2 tsp of sweetener and vanilla if you want sweeter crepes.
Makes approximately 12 crepes. 1 serving = 2 crepes.
