Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    tortillas
    tomato sauce
    taco seasoning
    ground turkey
    cheddar cheese
    pinto beans
    bell peppers
    garlic

Directions

Add 8 oz ground turkey to nonstick pan with 2 crushed garlic cloves and 2 tbsp taco seasoning. Cook on med heat until meat is no longer pink.
Pour 1 cup of tomato sauce into bottom of casserole dish. Add one whole tortilla on top of this. Add cooked turkey meat, 1 cup pinto beans and half cup chopped bell peppers. Pour another 1/2 cup tomato sauce over this. Add another tortilla over the top of meat mixture. Pour another 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and grate 2 oz of cheddar over top of tortilla. Cover and bake for 15 min. Uncover and bake another 5 min until cheese is slightly browning.
