Ingredients

    1 box corn muffin mix
    1 can corn
    1 can cream corn drained
    1/3 cup unsalted butter
    1/2 egg beaters
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    3/4 cupshreded cheader cheese

Directions

mix all ingredents except cheese. pour into a greased 9x13 pan Bake at 350 for 35 min. put cheese on top and bake 10 min. longer.
