5 Potatoes, peeled and cut in slices 1 small onion, cut in rings 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 small cans of mushrooms, (pieces and slices) 6 pats of butter
Boil the chicken. Peel and cut the potatoes and place in 9x13 dish. De-ring the onion and layer on top of the potatoes slices. Then spread the mushrooms over the onion and place pats of butter over the mushrooms. When chicken in done, drain and cut in 1 inch pieces and place over mushrooms. Cover with aluminum foil and place in preheat 350* oven for 1 hr. When done, put in plate and spread ranch dressing over meal.
