Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    3 eggs slitly beaten
    3/4 cup skim milk

Directions

mix eggs and milk add to sifted flour. Roll out on floured board and dry for 20 min. cut into strips and let dry 2 hours drop into boiling broth and cook 20 min than let simmer till thickened. Great with turkey
