Dee's Salmon Croquettes

Introduction

Quick, nutritious and yummy; made with oatmeal Quick, nutritious and yummy; made with oatmeal
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 15-oz can salmon
    1 large egg
    100 grams (3.5 oz) uncooked oatmeal
    1 Tablespoon canola oil for frying

Directions

Combine all ingredients. (Optional: Add black pepper, onion powder to taste.) Grease non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon canola oil. Form 3" pancakes; recipe makes 8.
Fry until golden brown, turn over and fry until golden brown.

Makes 8 croquettes.
