homemade. low sodium. delish! homemade. low sodium. delish!

Ingredients

    *Garbonzo's canned no salt added, 1.5 cup
    *Tahini, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Garlic, 2 clove
    **McCormick ground cumin, .5 tbsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Dash-salt
    Dash-red pepper flakes

Directions

drain garbonzo beans (reserve liquid)

add all ingredients in blender...stream in EVOO and reserve liquids until desired consistency.

serving size 2 T
