Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup Canned Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
    1 Small Raw Onion Diced
    1 Cup Frozen Shelled Edemame No need to thaw
    1 Cup Sliced or Diced Raw Sweet Red Pepper

    Dressing
    .5 Cup Refried Beans
    2 Tbl Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing or more to taste
    Water as needed to thin Dressing

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients. Add enough water to make a medium consistancy dressing.
Pour onto veggies and toss.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour so the flavors can Blend.
Pour into a Pretty Serving Bowl and garnish with Parsley (Optional)
