1 lb. Asparagus
2 tbsp shallots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 hard boild egg
Clean Asparagus and place in zip top bag. Add oil and salt and mince shallots. Marinade for 30 minutes.
Lay asparagus flat on cooking sheet and place in oven for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled egg. Serve
